How It Works

Simple steps to start your campaign.

1 Activate License

Enter your email + registration key and activate. The software validates your license to unlock features.

2 Add SMTP Account(s)

Add sender email and app password, select SMTP type, port, and test connection. Accounts are saved for future use.

3 Upload Recipient List

Upload a TXT/CSV list. The software extracts emails, removes duplicates, and shows them in a status list.

4 Add Template + Send

Load HTML templates or create text templates, add subject tabs, set delay/limit, then click Start Sending.

Best Practice (Client Tips)

  • Use “App Password” for Gmail/Yahoo/Office365 (recommended).
  • Keep delay minimum reasonable (example: 5–15 seconds) for safer sending.
  • Rotate multiple SMTP accounts instead of sending all from one account.
  • Always test SMTP before starting a big campaign.

FAQ

Common questions from clients.

Which SMTP options are supported?

Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook/Office365, and Custom SMTP (your domain SMTP). You can also select ports like 587/465/25 based on your provider.

What should I write in “From Display Name”?

It is your sender name shown to recipients (example: “Your Company”, “Support Team”, “Bhakkar Soft”). If you leave it empty, software uses your email name automatically.

What is “Reply-To”?

Optional. If you set Reply-To, replies go to that address (example: your support email). If you leave it blank, replies go to the same sender email.

Can I use multiple subjects?

Yes. Add subject tabs (Sub-1, Sub-2...). The software rotates subjects automatically while sending.

How do I export results?

Click “Export Result”. You will get a CSV report with email, subject, status (sent/failed), from account, and error reason.

Does it support HTML emails?

Yes. You can load HTML template files, or create/edit templates inside the built-in HTML editor (bold, color, highlight, attachments).
